The Ringwood, Wanaque & West Milford Health Departments along with Chilton Medical Center invite you to take the Tri-Town 8 Week Wellness Challenge beginning July 1 - August 19.

Join our FREE Wellness Challenge in a fun, informative and supportive setting.  We will be using our beautiful natural resources for walking and yoga.  Registered dieticians from ShopRite of Oakland and Warwick will be presenting many different healthy eating lessons and recipes.  Learn to eat locally at our local farmers markets.  Discover the benefits of eating fresh and whole foods.  Participate in a volleyball game and other team games.  The Wellness Challenge winners will be based on a points systems.  The more you participate, the greater your chances to win!

Activities and events will take place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as Wednesday mornings.  Schedule of Activities & Events
