North Jersey Community Animal Shelter is part of a Shared Service agreement between the Borough of Ringwood and the Borough of Bloomingdale for Animal Control Services/Shelter.  The shelter located at 23 Brandt Lane in Bloomingdale is having an Open House on Sunday, May 3 from 12 noon to 4 pm.  Tour the shelter - Meet dogs and cats available for adoption.  (973) 850-6767
